Destac\u00f3 como diplom\u00e1tico, historiador, catedr\u00e1tico, abogado, ensayista y pol\u00edtico, dejando un legado invaluable para el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su producci\u00f3n intelectual marc\u00f3 un hito en la historiograf\u00eda nacional. Entre sus principales obras destacan Historia de los l\u00edmites del Per\u00fa (1930) y Las relaciones primitivas de la conquista del Per\u00fa, textos fundamentales para comprender el proceso hist\u00f3rico del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy, su legado contin\u00faa vigente, inspirando a nuevas generaciones y reafirmando el orgullo de toda la regi\u00f3n Ica por uno de sus m\u00e1s grandes referentes culturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/hashtag\/eldato?__eep__=6&amp;__cft__[0]=AZYvwy0cctN_JCoUf4nmnVSBdsk9EfIbe0UBXDzWoWa4XIKU9jXI-s-GWlUxBGNkO9w92CtI7YmTBQYn57quoviYNduMhQyJpV03xN4wkM7un-r1YKX2ymF31eSP3No4D1J9FdJBnfqx-Pvtat0T-iwLgRqtrv47re43G1Vm5TiDxOehaLSs4hb3f1dy73Pjcwg&amp;__tn__=*NK-R\">#ElDato<\/a>: En el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico, fue elegido senador por Lima en 1956, llegando a presidir su C\u00e1mara.
