Su lucha contra la violencia de g\u00e9nero se convirti\u00f3 en un s\u00edmbolo mundial que llev\u00f3 a la ONU a oficializar esta fecha en 1999. Desde entonces el D\u00eda Internacional de la Eliminaci\u00f3n de la Violencia contra la Mujer se conmemora anualmente el 25 de noviembre para denunciar la violencia que se ejerce sobre las mujeres en todo el mundo y reclamar pol\u00edticas en todos los pa\u00edses para su erradicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga no solo recordamos, sino que actuamos. La violencia de g\u00e9nero es un problema estructural que nos afecta a todos y la educaci\u00f3n es nuestra mejor herramienta para erradicarla. No est\u00e1s sola.
