La autora de la tesis para optar el grado de maestro es la Abog. Rosalina V\u00e1squez Lavarello.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jurado que particip\u00f3 en la sustentaci\u00f3n realizada el 13 de junio de 2025, en la sala de sustentaciones que se ubica en el local central de la universidad, estuvo conformado por la Dra. Celia \u00c1greda de Raffo (presidenta), y el Mag.
